Thank you for supporting the ARCS project! In this article, we will answer various questions we have received from the community over the past week.
ST Symbol on ARX/USDT pair in KuCoin
As mentioned in the previous article, ARX is currently marked with the ST (Special Treatment) symbol on KuCoin. This is given due to the low trading volume over a certain period of time. Recently, the average daily trading volume of ARX has been around 300,000~500,000. According to coingecko, at the time of this writing, there are 713 trading pairs on KuCoin, of which ARX holds the 150–300th position.Therefore, we are sure that the ST symbol will be removed in the near future and everyone will be able to trade ARX with confidence.
Just for the information, the graph below shows the average daily trading volume over the past 80 days. The dotted line is the trend line, and as you can see, the trading volume is in an uptrend.
Token Swap and Withdraw/Deposit in Probit
As we mentioned in our previous post, Probit has not updated the contract address as of today. As a result, deposits and withdrawals to and from Probit are not being reflected correctly. The ARCS team has paid the fee for token swap in Probit last week. We have also been informed by a Probit representative that they are already performing maintenance for token swap. The TokenSwap is expected to be completed soon and Withdraw/Deposit will be resumed. We will make an announcement as soon as the work is completed, so please wait for further announcements from the ARCS team.
In addition, we have received reports from several community members that their deposited ARXs are not showing up in Probit. The ARCS team and Probit are aware of this issue and are working on a solution. Please be assured that your assets are safe and sound.
Project Progress
We are currently preparing for the release of the demo. Specifically, we are recording demo videos, recording narrations, and making minor changes to the product. We’ll release it as soon as it’s ready, so please look forward to it!
