Q. Why did it take long time to reopen the trading?
A. The suspension of the trading was caused by the ARX hardfork. Probit team needed to work hard on the investigation of the users’ asset of new ARX because they have a large number of users.

Q. I deposited some ARX to Probit Global, but it was not reflected. Where is my ARX going?
A. Please contact Probit Global team. They can help you to reflect your deposit to your account.

Q. When will the trading on Probit Korea restart?
A. This is still in progress because Probit Korea team needs to deal with some Korea’s financial regulations. ARCS team already submitted the required information to reopen the trading on Probit Korea. Upon the result of the judgement by Probit Korea team, a decision will be made on whether or not to reopen. Once it is determined, we will make an announcement about it without delay.

Q. Is my ARX in Probit Korea safe?
A. Definitely. Please rest assured. And we are so sorry for the any troubles that you cannot access your ARX in Probit Korea.
